Halo Custom Edition

This was a title screen I whipped up for a promotional video. At the time, the most popular and ground-breaking mod for Halo CE was CMT's Halo 2 Coagulation map. I made this to make a statement as to what can be done with Halo CE, showing a transition from an overplayed stock map to... uh... a port of another overplayed stock map... heh.

Absolutely nothing special now, but it worked when it was made. Trying to make an image get the same message across with the state CE is in now would require a lot more, since there's a ton of underappreciated and overlooked maps and mods for it that aren't Halo 2 or Halo 3 ports.

In theory, it can be a desktop wallpaper, but I found that the Blood Gulch side of the image is too bright. Plus, 640x480 was the highest res I could scavenge from my old pictures folder.
